Hayes Muslim Centre – Madrasah Registration for 2024-2025

Dear Parents,

The Madrasah team strive to educate and prepare the younger generation through knowledge, wisdom, good morals and manners using effective methods of teaching and positive encouragement.

Please find below, an update regarding the Madrasah for the new term 2024-2025, starting in September 2024.

In sha Allah, The New session for the Madrasah will start from Monday 2nd September 2024.

The Madrasah registration for 2024-2025 will open on Tuesday, 6th August 2024.

Parents must register all new students by completing the online form at https://hmc.raziil.com/screens/registration.aspx  and set up the direct debit for monthly payments using the online form at https://pay.gocardless.com/AL0001AGYQ15GX. They will then receive a confirmation email. There is no registration fee.

No payments will be taken until classes are assigned, but if your direct debit is not set up, your place will not be guaranteed. Only then are we able to assign a class to their child and contact them with details. If a parent has more than one child studying at the Madrasah, they only need to set up direct debit once. They should ensure to use the same email address with which they have registered online with the Madrasah. This is required to process the direct debit.

The last date for registration is Thursday 29th August 2024.

We cannot guarantee a place for registrations received after Thursday 29th August 2024 and places are subject to assessment.

Existing students who were on the Madrasah register as of July 2024, will receive a Madrasah email by Monday 12th August 2024. If parents would like their child to continue with the new term, they must reply to the email by Sunday 25th August 2024, with a “Yes”. Please note that we cannot guarantee a place for a non-reply or reply received after Sunday 25th August 2024. We require all students to begin attending the Madrasah within the first two weeks. Failure to do so will result in the automatic withdrawal of your child from the Madrasah.

The classes are provided for boys aged 5-15 and girls aged 5-16 years.

Students are offered one of the sessions below:

• Monday & Tuesday: 5:30-7:30 pm.
• Wednesday & Thursday: 5:30-7:30 pm.
• Saturday & Sunday: 10am-12 pm.

Fee is £30 per student per month. £55 for 2 siblings. £80 for 3 siblings.
