Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM of the Society will be held on:

SUNDAY 2nd June 2024

at 2.15pm (After Zohr 1.30pm) promptly at The Hayes Muslim Centre, Pump Lane, Hayes.

If you wish to apply for membership of the Executive Committee, Please contact the office for details of the Constitutional requirements to become an EC member and for the nomination forms.

Please note that:

1) Only the paid members of the Society are eligible to vote at the AGM.

2) Only the original nomination forms will be accepted

Completed Membership & nomination forms must be returned to the office by Wednesday 29th May 2024

Forms received after this date will not be accepted.
